A female TikTok user has taken to the platform to narrate how she discovered her boyfriend was unfaithful through a smartwatch.

According to her TikTok video, both she and her boyfriend had synchronized their smartwatches for emergency purposes.

Little did she know that this technological connection would eventually expose her boyfriend’s deceit.

The woman noticed an unusual spike in her boyfriend’s activity levels during the early hours of the morning, specifically at around 2 a.m.

The smartwatch, linked to her boyfriend’s device, recorded a significant calorie burn of 500 calories during this suspicious timeframe.

The sudden spike in activity raised eyebrows as it seemed highly unlikely that he would engage in intense physical exercise at such an unusual hour.

Armed with this incriminating evidence, she confronted her partner about the late-night activity, demanding an explanation for the calorie burn.

Unable to provide a satisfactory response or a plausible explanation for his activities during that time, the woman decided to end their relationship.

In her words;

“I found out my boyfriend was cheating when Fitbit smart watch showed a spike at 2am. We have synced the Fitbit watch together and I got a notification that he burned 500 calories at 2am.”
