A woman has tied her stepson like an animal and also gagged his mouth to stop him from screaming for help.

A sad video of the incident has since gone viral on social media.

The video shows the moment neighbors and residents of the community believed to be in Delta state untied the boy.

However no one mentioned where the incident happened.
