Woman Who Had Her Period For One Year And Three Weeks And Also Suffered Covid-19 Shared Photos Of Her ‘Tired’ Body

A woman who bled for one year and three weeks, and also contracted Covid-19, took to Twitter to show what her body looks like after taking one too many hits.

The woman explained that she suffers from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, PCOS, hence the irregular and extended period. 

She added that having her period for over one year led to her passing out sometimes. She also had to undergo blood transfusions. To make matters worse, she had coronavirus.

Her last period which started in Feb 2020 just ended on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, and she took photos of her “tired” body.

Her post encouraged others who suffer PCOS to speak out too.
