Yakubu Gowon, Yemi Osinbajo, Others Attend Thanksgiving Sunday Service At Aso Villa Chapel

Sunday December 2nd was designated as ‘Thanksgiving Sunday’ at the Aso Villa Chapel, State House, Abuja.

According to Femi Adesina, ‘it was a time to appreciate God for His goodness, love and mercy to Nigeria and Nigerians. Despite all the travails we passed through, Nigeria remains together. Oh, that men should praise the Lord, for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the children of men’.

Joining the thanksgiving service was former Head of State, Gen Yakubu Gowon, and his wife, Victoria. Vice President Yemi Osinbajo led the team of top government officials in attendance, and the message was given by Pastor Ezekiel Odeyemi, Assistant General Overseer, Redeemed Christian Church of God.
