Nigerians are not happy with Reno Omokri after he said boyfriends who treat their girlfriends as queens are foolish.

The Nigerian controversial writer and former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan took to his social media page to drop the words.

According to Reno Omokri, a woman can only be a queen to her boyfriend when she is married to the man.

He also disclosed that a Queen is a woman married to a King, which means a man can not treat his girlfriend like a Queen if he is not married to her.

Advising young men, Reno wrote;

Dear men, You say you want to treat your girlfriend like the queen she is. Do you know how stupid you sound? A queen is a woman that is MARRIED to a king. Does that not tell you that it is only your wife you are meant to treat like a queen?.

However, Nigerians said his post is meaningless and urged him to concentrate more on giving financial advice instead of relationship advice.
