Young Man Kept In Chains By His Grandma, For Over A Year, Rescued In Lagos

The Lagos State police on Wednesday, August 8, rescued a young man allegedly chained for more that one year in Lagos, Channels Television reports. .

He was said to have been kept under lock by his 85-year old grandmother. It was gathered that the victim has mental issues. However, the area commander for the Area D police station condemned the action.
