Young Nigerian Man With Down Syndrome Reported Missing In Lagos

The above named person is Chukwukeluo Franklin Okoye. He has Downs Syndrome and has been missing since the 31st of August, 2018. He was on his way to church with his father when he got confused during a rush for a bus at cele bustop, Lagos State.
