Young woman found tortured and murdered at home after failing to show up at work in Asaba (video)

A young woman named Chinagorom Lucy has been murdered at her home in Asaba, Delta State. 

Chinagorom failed to show up at work on Jan. 5 and when her calls were not answered, a colleague went to her house to check up on her. 

The knocks on her door went unanswered and the colleague peeped in to see the decomposing body of Chinagorom. 

Police were alerted and they broke into the house to find she had been brutally murdered. There was blood everywhere and her finger had been chopped off. Her hair was also ripped off her head and lay all over the floor. 

According to activist Harrison Gwamnishu, signs at the scene show she was tortured and she struggled before she was killed. 

A video shared online shows her body being removed from the house in a bag. 

Her killer(s) is still not know at the moment.
