Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane has responded to Paul Pogba’s claim about a move to Real Madrid in his recent interview.

Zidane is a huge fan of the Manchester United midfielder and he wishes he could one day manage the former Juventus player at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Pogba last week talked up the prospect of a “dream” move to Madrid.

And Zidane has now stated: “I said that Pogba is a good player, but I can say the same about other players.

“I like him, nothing more, I do not get involved in anything. If you ask me about Pogba, I will say that he is a very good player, but he plays for Manchester United.

“At the end of the season, we will see which players will come here and who will leave. But I didn’t say that Real would sign Pogba. Nothing like this.”

Paul is currently with the French national team as the Les Bleus prepare to take on the UNL defending Champion Portugal on Sunday evening in the Uefa Nations Lague.
