18 dead, 120 injured as Dominican republic nightclub roof collapses – Report

A devastating incident at  Dominican Republic nightclub has reportedly resulted in 17 fatalities and over 120 injuries.

According to reports circulating online, the tragic incident unfolded during a concert by merengue singer, Rubby Perez.

A report from a prominent blog, ABC, claims two former Major League Baseball players died in the incident, with rumors suggesting former Braves pitcher, Octavio Dotel was among the victims.

The tragic incident has dominated online conversations, with condolences pouring in for the victims’ families and loved ones.

However, the Dominican government has yet to address the incident.
