2Baba confronted Annie about me – Brymo on his affairs with married women

Nigerian singer Brymo has claimed that fellow artiste 2Baba once asked his then-wife, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, whether she had ever been intimate with him.

Speaking during a recent interview on the NotJustOk podcast, Brymo also admitted to having had relationships with some married women in the past.

He cautioned younger artistes against getting involved with married women, claiming that such relationships can have serious consequences.

While recounting one of his experiences, Brymo alleged that 2Baba asked Annie, in his presence, whether she had ever been involved with him.

He said…

“I remember that moment in 2019 at Naomi’s office in Lekki Phase 1 when 2face looked me straight in the eyes and ask ‘Annie you don fuck Brymo?

“I’ll never forget it. I’m wicked, you people don’t know me. I met quite a number of older women who were truly married but they would tell me they were separated from their husbands. This goes to younger artistes, stop sleeping with people’s wives. They will cut your life short.

One time I went to see one of my older female lovers and then she wanted me to come for the wedding of her younger sister, which I went to and I performed. And then at night, she also told me to come to their family house and perform again and I was like, that will be nice. And she said ‘our Baba will be there’. I said, your dad? She was like no, my husband. I was shocked. I was like I thought you were divorced or something. She said no. As far as I was concerned me going there was me offering myself for some form of crazy ritual. Standing there performing in front of a man whose wife you are f**king and I just couldn’t take it. So I had to bail out…”
