Abuja hospital pleads for help to identify unconscious accident victim

The National Hospital Abuja has called on the public to help identify a middle-aged man admitted to its Trauma ICU on December 21, 2024, as an unidentified patient.

In a statement shared on Sunday via X, the hospital’s spokesperson, Dr. Tayo Haastrup, revealed that the patient was involved in a road traffic accident along Jabi Express Road and was brought to the hospital unconscious by a good Samaritan.

The man has been receiving treatment at the hospital since his arrival. While efforts are underway to provide him with the best possible care, the hospital stressed the urgency of reuniting him with his family or loved ones.

“The management of the hospital is appealing to any member of the public whose relative has been missing since the mentioned date to visit the Trauma ICU of the National Hospital Abuja for identification and further action,” the statement urged.
