AFCON Qualifier: Enyeama Visits Super Eagles Training Camp



Former Nigeria captain and goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has visited Super Eagles training ahead of 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Lesotho at the Setsoto Stadium on Sunday.

Genort Rohr side comes from behind to beat Benin Republic 2-1 in their Group L opener at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium with goes from Victor Osimhen and Samuel Kalu to cancel out Stephane Sessegnon.The 37-year-old Kaduna-born won his 101 caps for the three-time African Champions before he retired from international football on 8 October 2015, after having reported bust-up with ex-Super Eagles handler Sunday Oliseh.

The team was put through a light training on at the Le Meriden Hotel in Akwa Ibom as Enyeama was seen with the three goalkeepers in the camp of Daniel Akpeyi, Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Maduka Okoye 

Super Eagles are expected to fly to Lesotho on Saturday, November 16, for their second game in the 2021 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
