Agunechemba Security Squad Uncovers Kidnappers’ Hideout in Anambra

In a significant breakthrough, the Agunechemba Security Squad successfully raided a kidnappers’ hideout in Owerri-Ezukala, located in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The operation, carried out in the early hours of Thursday, February 6, 2025, resulted in the arrest of key suspects and the recovery of a substantial cache of weapons.

Acting on credible intelligence, the joint task force—comprising local security operatives, police, and military personnel—moved in to dismantle the criminal operation.

Several individuals were apprehended during the raid, while an array of firearms, including AK-47 rifles, pump-action guns, and locally made pistols, was seized. Additionally, various charms and other incriminating materials were discovered at the hideout.
