“BBNaija makes your life harder after the show” — Ex-housemate, Kess speaks out

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Kess Adjekpovu, has shared his thoughts on life after the reality show, saying the experience can become even more difficult once housemates leave the house.

His comments come days after former housemate Danboskid opened up about hitting rock bottom and struggling with personal and family challenges.

Kess said the competition does not end when housemates leave the BBNaija house.

“Big Brother makes your life harder,” he wrote.

“Winner or not, the moment you leave that house, you’re dealing with a version of life that is far more complicated than the one you left behind.”

In another post, Kess noted that BBNaija has produced hundreds of housemates over the years, creating competition not just inside the house but also outside it.

“Big Brother Naija has dished out 249 housemates in 11 seasons. Competition inside and outside the show,” he wrote.

He added that while former housemates often receive words of encouragement, they also face the pressure of figuring out how to make money and sustain themselves after the show.

“Everywhere, words of encouragement. Baba press money join,” he wrote.
