Being celebrity is expensive, I spend N400m monthly – Davido

Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido has revealed that maintaining his lifestyle as a global celebrity comes with enormous financial commitments.

Speaking during a recent livestream with streamer Davrel, the award-winning singer said he spends between $200,000 and $300,000 every month, approximately ₦300 million to ₦400 million, depending on the exchange rate.

“I spend between $200,000 and $300,000 every month and that doesn’t even include my wife’s expenses or the rest of my household

“It also doesn’t include expenses for the purchase of luxury cars and jewellery.”
