Congolese deputy minister caught on camera m*sturbat!ng, President fires him after he trends on Twitter

Democratic Republic of Congo president, Joseph Kabila has fired the Deputy Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, after a video of him m*sturbat!ng on webcam while on office duty l€aked on the internet.

The 54 year old deputy minister, filmed himself in his office, with the Congolese flag and the picture of the president behind him, and blowing k!sses at someone in the web cam before bringing out his g*n!tals from his trouser and m*sturbat!ng.

He then used a handkerchief to clean himself up…

When he was done, he smiled towards at the camera and continued with his work in the office.
Congolese citizens on social media reacted quickly to the video and created a hashtag #sebinezaMustGo which went viral, the president succumbed to public pressure and fired the minister on the 30th of April, 2016.

He is said to be a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community and has been a President of his community, Shikama, for many years.
