Cubana ChiefPriest reportedly files lawsuit against alleged baby mama, Helen Ati

Socialite, Cubana ChiefPriest has filed a lawsuit against Hellen Ati – the Kenyan woman who claims he fathered her son, according to Nigerian lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye.

Ugwuonye, who rose to fame on social media as May Edochie’s attorney, posted a court document on his Facebook wall today that was purportedly submitted by Cubana Chiefpriest to a Kenyan magistrate court.

The socialite is requesting an order in the court document to prevent Hellen from disparaging him online.

Hellen has continuously harassed the socialite on social media, claiming that her two-year-old son is his and that he needs to come forward so that he can get a DNA test done and take custody of the boy. The socialite, however, has denied ever having met Hellen or been associated with her.
