FIFA 21: The Entire 2020/2021 Premier League Season Has Been Simulated

The entire 2020/2021 Premier League season has been simulated on FIFA 21 – with Liverpool retaining the title.

Jurgen Klopp’s side won the league at a canter last season and finished 18 points ahead of second placed Manchester City.

However, @FIFA21BETA has played out the full campaign on Career Mode and while Liverpool will win their 20th domestic title, it will only be by three points.

Their points haul will be 90 compared to 99 points last year, while Pep Guardiola’s side are again closest challengers.

Check out the entire table below.

Interestingly, Manchester United slide down to fifth despite coming third last season.

The signing of Donny van de Beek isn’t enough for the Red Devils as a rejuvenated Tottenham Hotspur and revamped Chelsea claim the last two Champions League spots.

Chelsea come in fourth again despite a number of high profile additions this summer while Jose Mourinho has seemingly got Spurs clicking again.

Leicester City drop all the way to ninth from fifth despite only losing Ben Chilwell in the transfer window.

Arsenal also miss out on a top four spot despite Mikel Arteta’s promising start to life as coach.

Arteta picked up the FA Cup last season and saw his Arsenal side beat Liverpool 2-1 in the Community Shield on Saturday.

One place below them is Everton who want to return to form under experienced manager Carlo Ancelotti.

At the other end of the table, West Bromwich Albion are tipped for a swift return to the Championship along with Sheffield United and Aston Villa.

Sheffield United exceeded all expectations last season and managed to finish ninth.

But Dean Henderson’s return to parent club Manchester United looks like it could rock Chris Wilder’s side in the new season.

Villa have managed to keep hold of talisman midfielder Jack Grealish but it doesn’t look to be enough.

Both other promoted sides, Leeds United and Fulham, are slated to finish in 12th and 14th respectively.
