Friends from UNIBEN recreate photo after 28 years

A group of friends have recreated a photo they took 28 years ago when they were undergraduates at the University of Benin (Uniben).

Tuokpe Onuwaje took to Facebook to share the before and now photos.

She wrote in the caption: “1998 vs. 2026!

“28 years between these two pictures, but over 30 years of friendship!

“From the classrooms of the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Computer Science Class of ’98, to recreating this priceless memory at Evelyn 50th birthday celebration!

“Who would have thought that all these years later, we’d still be making memories together? Different years, different locations, same beautiful people!

“UNIBEN Computer Science Class of ’98, we still dey! #UNIBENClassOf98  #ThenAndNow  #EvelynAt50 #RecreatingMemories”
