Hoodlum arrested with blood stained female pant in Rivers state (see photos)

Soldiers at a checkpoint along Emohua road at Degema axis in Rivers state yesterday arrested a hoodlum on a bike heading to Degema from Buguma through Obakri junction. An Okada rider who carried the hoodlum had stopped at the checkpoint to inform the soldiers about the strange calls his passenger had been making since he carried him. The soldiers immediately searched the hoodlum and found a bloody female pant and some bloody clothes in his bag. He couldn’t explain the items found on him. He was handcuffed and taken away.
