‘If you’re looking for a man who will love you for who you are, talk to your father’ — Relationship therapist sparks debate

A relationship therapist has stirred reactions online after sharing his views on love, dating and marriage.

Speaking in a video, she argued that romantic relationships are built on value and contribution, not unconditional love.

According to her, a man may initially be attracted to a woman because of her physical appearance, but lasting love develops when he discovers qualities and value beyond that.

She also claimed that men who stay in relationships for years without taking the next step may still be weighing their options.

“If you’re looking for a man that’s going to love you for who you are, then talk to your father,” she said.
