U.S. rapper, Kanye West, just made hearts melt by granting a dying fan her last wish, rapping ‘I love Kanye’ shortly before she passed on.

According to US reports, the Famous rapper was contacted by the young fan’s family as she battled with cancer.

TMZ reports that he got in touch with her over FaceTime last week and the pair chatted before she asked Kanye to rap ‘I Love Kanye’

She reportedly passed away a short time later
