The lady disclosed that she blocked the man because she expected him to pay for her groceries, which he didn’t.

A South African lady took to Twitter to lament after a man asked for her phone number but did not offer for her groceries at the mall.

According to her, the man asked for her number while they were at Checkers in South Africa, and she obliged him.

They were both on the queue at the cashiers and she expected him to pay for her groceries which costs 100 Rands, but he did not do that.

Rather he chose to dial her number probably as a way of confirming if it is truly hers.

This irritated the lady with Twitter handle @MamGcina_Jafta and she decided to drag him online.

”I’m in the cashier queue @ Checkers, this guy behind me asks for my number, I give him. Instead of paying for my R100 groceries he decides to buzz me”.

”Imagine.. I had to maintain the smile under the mask… Well I blocked him. He can’t redeem himself now ”, she wrote.
