Lady flaunts father’s first gift to mother during courtship 25 years ago

A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after showcasing the first gift her father gave to her mother during their courtship, nearly 25 years ago.

In a post shared on her TikTok page, the young woman displayed a silver-colored bag, which she revealed was her father’s first gift to her mother.

Captioning the video, she wrote: “I found one of my dad’s favorite gifts to my mum while he was still courting her.”  

She further disclosed in the comment section that her mother holds the bag dear and refuses to let her use it. She wrote: “She wouldn’t let me misuse it! It’s still very important to her 😩.”

As the video circulated online, many viewers took to the comment section to express their thoughts, with some praising the sentimental value attached to the bag.
