Man arrested after filming himself doing drive-by shootings with a ‘high-powered, motorized’ water gun (video)

A man has been arrested after allegedly filming himself carrying out a series of drive-by attacks using what authorities described as a “high-powered, motorized” water gun.

The Houston Police Department shared on social media that 34-year-old Christopher Cayce is charged with two counts of assault with bodily injury.

In videos posted on a Facebook page, which HPD confirmed is associated with the arrest, several people can be seen being targeted near bus stops or while walking, getting sprayed in the face or soaked while they are sleeping.

HPD said some of the victims included people who have disabilities or are homeless.
