Man caught on CCTV ‘having sex with neighbour’s fish’ admits ‘committing same offence with door

A suspected pervert has been arrested for allegedly having sex with his neighbour’s koi fish after being caught in the act on CCTV and he confessed to police that he did “something similar with a pregnant dog.” 

Sutthichai Boonlert, 51, allegedly abused a helpless koi fish from his neighbour Bobby Anong’s pond and sickeningly used its mouth to pleasure himself. 
 

CCTV captured the shocking s£x act as Sutthichai was seen taking off his clothes and entering the water in a quiet neighbourhood in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 7, 2026. 
 

He was also seen carrying a s£x toy while rubbing the koi fish on his genitals before emerging from the pond. He was then seen walking to a dark corner before appearing to abuse the fish. 
 

The pond owner Bobby screamed after catching his neighbour and gave chase as the suspect grabbed his clothes and escaped on a bicycle. 
 

Bobby later filed a report with the Thung Song Hong district police station. 

Investigators hunted the bicycle-riding suspect, who they believed to be living nearby. They found Sutthichai walking in the Chiang Kong Lak Si area near Bobby’s home on September 10, still wearing the same clothes when he escaped. 

He tried to run away when he saw the officers, but was immediately caught following a chase. 
 

Police later learned the suspect had been caught in similar incidents and even admitted himself that this is not the first time he had carried out twisted acts on animals. 

Police Colonel Yutthasil Karin, superintendent of Thung Song Hong Police Station, said Sutthichai allegedly confessed to the bizarre s£xual behaviour. 

He added: “He faces charges including trespassing, property damage, acts causing public disgrace and animal cruelty. The owner has also confirmed that they wish to pursue legal action.” 

During questioning, the suspect claimed he had only intended to bathe in the pond but was aroused when he saw the fish swimming near his p£nis. 
 

He said he neither had a girlfriend nor money to hire pr0stitutes, so he had s£x with the fish instead. He allegedly told police he was high on drugs when the incident occurred. 

Sutthichai reportedly said: “I have done similar things with other fish in the past, but koi were tougher and less painful. 

“Years ago, I also did something similar with a pregnant dog, and I was arrested by Bang Khen district police. I have even used dolls that I found in rubbish piles.” 

Outraged fish owner Bobby said he had been raising koi fish for around seven to eight years, with Sutthichai sometimes bathing in his fish pond just outside the house gates. 

He initially paid the elderly man no mind, but began suspecting him after his pets began dy!ng mysteriously one by one, their bodies “bruised and twisted”. 

Bobby then switched the angle on his CCTV before witnessing the shocking s£x act. 

He said: “I’m grateful to the police for catching him. I was worried because he uses drugs and carries a knife, so he could hurt someone, especially women or children. What makes it even more frightening is that he was bold enough to sexually abuse a fish.” 

Bobby added that he will put a fence around his pond to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
