Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire’s final decision on joining La Liga giants, Barcelona has been revealed.

Sunday Mirror reports that the England international snubbed a potential move to the Catalan club this summer.

Last month, it was reported that Barcelona asked the Red Devil’s hierarchy if their captain could be included as part of the deal that would enable Frankie De Jong to join Old Trafford.

However, reports on Sunday said that Maguire had no intention of leaving United this summer.

A source close to Harry Maguire told Sunday Mirror, “Some players, especially with some of the criticism flying around, would have been desperate to go if Barcelona came calling.

“But Harry is unmoved and wants to have a successful season with United.

“When it comes to mental strength, Harry has it in spades. As usual he will get down to doing what he does best.”
