Married women share unpleasant experience they were subjected to after giving birth

A number of married women are sharing the unpleasant experiences they had to put up with after giving birth. 

It began after a woman narrated how her husband asked her to leave the bedroom with their newborn child to avoid inconveniencing him. 

She released a video with the caption: “Them don tell you say make you and newborn comot bedroom say dem no fit sleep while light dey on before? 4 days after cs. So don’t compare my experience in marriage with yours.” 
 

Other women with similar experiences took to the comment section of the TikTok video to share their experiences of abuse and lack of support in the hands of their husbands and mothers-in-law after they gave birth.
