May Edochie’s former lawyer slams Rita Edochie, accuses her of leading a mob that allegedly berated Judy in court (video)

Emeka Ugwuonye, a former counsel to May Yul-Edochie, has slammed actress Rita Edochie over her utterances while waiting for her case with Judy Austin to be called up at the Abuja Hight Court yesterday, September 29.

Recall that in July, Judy filed a N1 billion defamation lawsuit against Rita. In the writs of summons, she asked the court to order Rita to apologise, retract her defamatory statements and pay her N1 billion in damages.

Just before the case was called up, Rita, in a video that went viral, accused Judy of attempting to stop her from teaching against ‘’husband snatchers”. She said her posts online are all on morals and are published for educational purposes. She said Judy is only angry at her because she feels that her posts against ‘husband snatchers’ are directed at her. Rita, who is married to an Uncle of Yul Edochie, said that by the time the case is over, Judy is going to cry and that she will cry bl@od.

This morning, Emeka, who is one of Judy’s legal counsel, knocked Rita over her utterances in court and accused her of leading the women who mocked Judy while she was in the court premises. 

Emeka says he will be reporting the ladies he says are part of May Yul-Edochie’s fans, to the police and that they should prepare to either prepare to leave Abuja or get arrested.

He went further to state that he is happy that the verbal ass@ult on Judy happened and was caught on Camera as it will also be used against Rita in court.

Rita is yet to respond.
