Moment 19-year-old boy falls to his death alongside his parents following argument over cellphone (video)

A video has emerged showing the horrific moment and entire family met their demise in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, India. 

The family had lost their eldest son from an illness six years prior. 

Then, on Friday, August 21, 2026, At around 10 a.m. local time, Kunal Chandgude went up Khawadya Hill in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, India, after arguing with his parents over a payment for a new cell phone he purchased. 

His father, Murlidhar, 48, and mother Sangita followed him as he threatened to jump while standing on the edge of a cliff, according to the outlet. 

Video of the incident shows a crowd standing a distance away on the cliff while begging the teen to step away from the edge. 

His mother then begins inching close to him but the teen warns her to stay away. 

His loved ones keep pleading with him to move away from the dangerous edge but he stays put. 

Before the video ends, the father reached for his son and tried to pull him away from the edge of the cliff, but the boy drags himself backwards and falls, dragging his father with him

As father and son fall head-first down the cliff, the mum immediately throws herself off the cliff, following her family to their death.
