Most marriage crises are caused by women – Sarah Martin

Actress Sarah Martin has sparked reactions after sharing her thoughts on relationship abuse following a video of a Kenyan woman destroying the home of a man that hosted her in the U.S.

Reacting to the clip, she questioned why such behaviour is not widely recognised as abuse, noting that if the man speaks up, many people would still find a way to blame him.

According to her, many men endure emotional abuse in silence while trying to save their marriages, adding that if some of them opened up about their experiences, it would shock people.

She went further to claim that a lot of crises seen in marriages today are caused by women, stressing that her statement was not about seeking validation or trying to impress anyone.

She also reflected on herself, admitting that even she can sometimes be difficult, saying she can wake up in certain moods and feel aggressive, suggesting that some women have similar tendencies.
