N36M fraud: Court reserves ruling on Blessing CEO’s bail application

Justice D.I. Dipeolu of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, has reserved ruling on the bail application filed by popular social media influencer and relationship therapist, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, better known as Blessing CEO.

The ruling was deferred till Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Blessing CEO is facing a two-count charge filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Lagos Zonal Directorate 1, bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and stealing to the tune of N36 million.

She was arraigned on May 15, 2026, over allegations that she obtained the sum from a petitioner under false pretence of leasing a property in Lekki, Lagos.

The matter was adjourned to June 5 for hearing of her bail application, but after arguments from both the prosecution and defence, Justice Dipeolu reserved ruling for next Tuesday.
