Nigerians Blast Ex-Wolves Defender Over His Comment About Playing For Super Eagles



Nigerians have blasted former Wolves defender Dominic Iorfa Jnr over his comment about playing for Super Eagles.

The 25-year-old Sheffield Wednesday star is eligible to play for Genort Rohr side as he is yet to be capped at full international level have played for England at the U-18, U-20 and U-21 level.

Iorfa Jnr who had not shown interest in playing for the Super Eagles before, but he has now changed his mind, saying he is open to representing three-time Africa Champions at the international level after his chances of playing England reducing day by day.

The Sheffield Wednesday star speaks on the club’s official social media handle with Nigerians reacted with defender comment about Super Eagles despite his father Snr Dominic Iorfa who has featured for the African side in the past.

Most of this lads get this thing wrong. First they play hard to get, when they now realise England won’t caĺl them up, they then try this line of granting interviews and openly admitting they’ll commit to Nigeria.
