Manchester United have unveiled their £37 million rated star Amad Diallo following his switch from Serie A outfit Atalanta last week.

The 18-year-old Ivory Coast forward made five senior appearances for the Serie A side Atalanta before he moves to Old Trafford until June 2025, with the option of an extra year.

Diallo has now been handed Dwight Yorke and Marcus Rashford former no. 19 jersey number.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the club official website: “As a club, we have followed Amad for a number of years and having watched him myself, I believe he is one of the most exciting young prospects in the game,“

“Manchester United has such a proud history of developing young players and everything is in place to enable Amad to reach his potential here.”

The Red Devils paid £19m upfront for the Ivory Coast winger and could pay up to £18m in add-ons, should he meet certain targets while at the club.
