The wife of the immediate past Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole, Lara, has been spotted today at the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja after being out of the public eye since her exit from the Edo government house. It was rumored that the couple had divorced, a report which was denied.

Beautiful Lara was spotted beside her husband as she attended the convention where her husband, Adams Oshiomhole, is already guaranteed a chance to emerge as the next national chairman of the party after all contenders to the office stepped down for him.

About 6,000 delegates to the national convention holding in Abuja will elect 42 men and women to steer the affairs of the ruling party for the next four years.

Of the number, 20 have been returned unopposed, leaving 22 positions up for grabs. One of the positions that will not be contested for is that of the national chairman.
