Real Madrid Star Returns To Spain From Belgium Camp

Real Madrid star Thibaut Courtois has made a return back to Spain after suffering a muscle injury during training with his Belgian teammates.

Courtois returned to the Spanish capital with an injury in his psoas muscle according to a report published on Diario AS. It’s not a major injury and Courtois should recover in time for Madrid’s next match against Cadiz right after this FIFA break, per that same report.

Real Madrid second choice goalkeeper Andriy Lunin was tested positive this week and will likely have to be in quarantine before his tests come out negative, so Altube would be Courtois’ replacement now.

Real Madrid medical staff are confident that the Belgian showstopper will be able for the clash against Cadiz next weekend.

The former Chelsea goalkeeper return to Madrid for precautionary motive as his case is not a big deal, he needs rest and this time is a perfect time for the Belgian to rest due to international break that ruled out league games this weekend.

Real Madrid will take on Cadiz in the La Liga and then Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League and Barcelona in the La Liga.

Los Blancos manager needs his players to be fit and ready for the coming clash in La Liga and in the Champions League.
