The House of Representatives has passed the 2022 budget of N16.39 trillion on Thursday, October 14, for the second reading.

It was passed for second reading following the conclusion of debate on the general principles of the budget.

This is coming barely 24 hours after the Senate also passed the 2022 Appropriation Bill for second reading after over one hour of debate on its general principles.
