Ghanaian actress and producer, Yvonne Nelson took to social media to advise women to stop taking slimming tea and waist trainers because they are only wasting their time by doing so.

In a Twitter post made by the actress, she said slimming tea and waist trainer doesn’t give anyone a snatched body.

According to Yvonne, women should stop allowing companies and influencers fool them into believing they will have a snatched body through slimming tea.

However, she said going to a doctor and exercising is the only way to get a slimmer body and curves.
