Samuel Eto’o revealed that Tarbo West use to scare him before facing the Super Eagles 2000 Ghana-Nigeria African Cup of Nations final in Lagos.

Eto who id in Lagos for Trophy 5-A-Side Developmental Football tournament said via Brila that he was scared of facing former Inter Milan and Derby County strong man Taribo before the 2000 Ghana-Nigeria African Cup of Nations final in Lagos.

“Taribo West was the defender who I feared the most when I first played against him in the final of AFCON 2000”.

Former Barcelona striker finishes the tournament as the second top-goal scorer with four goals – including a goal in the final against Nigeria where Cameroon won on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
