“Thieves stole everything I worked for” — Emotional moment 69-year-old man recounts why he still does hard labour

An emotional video has captured the moment a man spoke with a 69-year-old labourer seen packing sand while doing menial jobs to survive.

During the conversation, the younger man asked the labourer what happened in his youth that led him to still be doing such stressful work at his age.

Responding, the elderly man explained that he had learned panel beating when he was younger and eventually graduated at the age of 32. According to him, he also managed to buy his working tools and equipment after years of effort.

However, he said thieves later stole everything he owned, and since then, he has struggled to regain stability in life.
