Xenophobia: Foreign nationals seek safety at Durban police station in South Africa amid alleged death threats and harassment

Hundreds of foreign nationals, including young children, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, fled their homes to seek refuge at the Durban Central Police Station in South Africa.

The group claims they are facing severe victimisation, harassment, and d3ath threats from local community members in their respective communities following a recent anti-foreigner march.
