Youths steal bags of cement from a burning truck in Benue (video)

A video of some youths stealing bags of cement from a burning truck has been shared online. The truck was traveling along Benue Highway when it suddenly caught fire, forcing the driver to abandon the vehicle. The trending video shows residents of the area trooping out to  steal bags of cement as the fire raged on.
